Pleasanton is in San Antonio Texas towards the South side of town at 410 and Pleasanton Rd. There is 20 acres with the ability to get 109 lots at 40X120

Site Plan - Talley

Talley Road is 49 total acres located in San Antonio on the west side. We have placed a PSA in for 120 days due diligence period to allow for design and city submissions. There will 261 lots which include at 45’ X 120’ lots size.

Von Ormy - North

Von Ormy (North tract) is in South San Antonio off Watson Road area. It is 50 acres with lots to be 45X120 and there will be 276 in total.

Von Ormy (South tract) is in South San Antonio off Watson Road area. It is 50 acres with lots to be 45X120 and there will be 265 in total.
