Yellowstone Real Estate is the brainchild of our highly experienced founding team who carry significant expertise in this industry. We envisioned setting up a land acquisition & land development company that had a dual purpose - strive toward making a difference in the community while delivering exceptional returns for our valued investors. 

We understand that solving the challenging scenarios of land acquisition & its development is easier said than done, but Yellowstone Real Estate has extensive awareness of the market conditions and challenges. 

What truly sets up apart from the crowd is the fact that we utilize a business model to oversee and execute all land entitlement with underground and streets providing the ability for vertical development of affordable new single family residential subdivisions.

Jaime Rodriguez

COO & Co-Founder

As the COO and Co-Founder of Yellowstone, Jaime oversees all construction and is responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining staff. He is the key liaison across architects, engineers, banks, public officials, contractors, and subcontractors.

Jaime is a motivated construction professional with 16 years of extensive experience in project management in the hospitality, commercial, and residential real estate industry. He has an impressive record of on-time completion and is known for his significant contribution to company growth and profit improvement through sound management, interpersonal and problem-solving.

Jaime is also responsible for the project management of supervising and negotiating all aspects of Yellowstone projects. He leads the business development by closing deals for Yellowstone and managing daily operations

Thai (Jason) Nguyen

CEO & Co-Founder

Thai founded Yellowstone Real Estate Inc. and currently serves as the CEO. Born in Bangkok, Thailand, Thai’s work ethic and commitment to success has been his prevailing trademark, no matter what the challenge or opportunity. At just 41 years old, Thai has started and successfully operated companies in automotive technology, one of his core competencies, real estate brokerage and mortgage financing, general contracting in both commercial and residential environments and most recently the founding of one of Arizona’s and possibly the most sought after integrated cannabis brand in North America.

Prior to Yellowstone, Thai founded Desert Point Realty, who served as listing agent and managed and directed properties owned by several established banks. Led by Thai, Desert Point Realty, LLC’s 2010 revenues equated to the top 1% of all real estate brokerage companies in Arizona according to Title 365. Desert Point Realty listed and sold up to 300 properties a month serving as listing agent.

Keith Sutton

Director of Construction

Keith is the Director of Construction at Yellowstone and has 35 years of extensive experience in project management in the land acquisition and development, hospitality, commercial and residential building industry, also with a track record of on-time completion.

Keith is responsible for the land acquisition and development understanding, builder communication, and value engineering. He manages the scope of work and supervises construction from start to finish, keeping costs and schedules on track and informing stakeholders.

Prior to Yellowstone, Keith worked as a project manager in the hospitality industry and managed the ground-up development of 6 hotel projects. He also has experience overseeing the operations of a $54 million multifamily project and the renovations of high-end residential remodel.

Brian Bankosz

Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer of Yellowstone, Brian provides the corporate operational needs facilitates key measurement criteria to all projects under development.

Brian’s background in banking and financial services are invaluable tools to ensure laser focus on key business development.

Brian’s career has spanned many industries and specialized services to both employers, investors, and clients alike.

Brian’s focus is on financial management of Yellowstone Real Estate. He has managed portfolios from $100M to $850M.
